So I've received some complaints that I don't post here enough. Here's the thing: I'm in law school. I am more than happy to talk about law school. Really. But do you really want to hear about it? It might improve my learning to try to explain to my blog "audience" (all five of you, and I know that there are just about exactly five) the dormant commerce clause or passive activities, but is that what you want?
