I continue to receive complaints that I do not update this here blog enough. But come on folks, you do not really want to hear about krill catch limits and how some made up country is bound to them because the precautionary approach is not only a part of the Convention on Biological Diversity, but also customary international law. I know that you don't want to hear this because I've asked, and all that is requested is pictures of the puppy. Too bad. Nothing but wine glasses today.

How I feel

Speaking as a cash method calendar year taxpayer, I am astounded by the fantastic comic of my computer's crankiness.

So I've received some complaints that I don't post here enough. Here's the thing: I'm in law school. I am more than happy to talk about law school. Really. But do you really want to hear about it? It might improve my learning to try to explain to my blog "audience" (all five of you, and I know that there are just about exactly five) the dormant commerce clause or passive activities, but is that what you want?
