If left to my own devises, which it turns out I am, I will take hundreds of pictures of pigeons and trees. And also dirty dishes.

There was a commercial on a while ago, not sure for what, where a woman took pictures of things and then turned them into fabric designs. I want to make a quilt out of these:

Two of my best friends got married on New Years Eve. Here's the problem: these two particular friends are spectacular for many reasons. One of the reasons is that each of them really knows how to throw a party. This is great, for it made for a truly excellent celebration. However, I feel somewhat cheated, since I will only get ONE awesome party from TWO awesome people. I hereby take back any nice things I've ever said about either of them. *
